Studio Tibor is very much a boutique ballet studio, and I’d go so far as to call it a ballet conservatory for adults of every level. The teachers are truly invested in teaching ballet to students who just so happen to be adults — ballet doesn’t get dumbed down just because we’re not going to pursue a ballet career.Classes focus on technique, artistry and musicality, and there are multiple levels so everyone from seasoned professionals to ‘never pointed a foot in my life’ adults can find a class that works for them.

Truly a hidden gem. I am very lucky to have discovered this studio. I feel very welcomed and at home there. Every teacher at ABA is highly qualified, kind and attentive. Classes cater to all levels. I definitely have improved significantly since I joined ABA. But most importantly, I have something to look forward to outside of my busy and stressful working hours! I highly recommend this studio.

I've attended classes here for many years and it is like my second home! Teaching quality is exceptional and there are a range of levels and even pointe classes. They cater for adult students who have not danced before, to those who have varying levels of ballet experience. Here you can experience ballet in its true classical form, it is not watered down because you are learning ballet as an adult. Teachers are ex-professional dancers who are passionate about passing on not only their technical knowledge, but also the artistry of this beautiful dance form! This is easily the best adult ballet school in Sydney!

Every single class is physically rewarding, exhilarating and life-giving. We exercise our minds, body and spirit. It provides an enormous sense of well-being where our professional and patient teachers are encouraging and supportive regardless whether you are a beginner, or, more advanced.It's the best 'me time' . I am gaining coordination, strength, agility, musicality. It is so nourishing as an adult learning ballet.

Started my first step ballet class in Tibor studio. It's a wonderful experience. I have no experience before, and my friend recommended this studio to me. It surprised me in the end. The reception staff is lovely and the teacher is patient, talent and lovely too. Bought my 10 classes pass straight away after my first try. Recommend to adult beginner! :)

A hidden gem, a rare, authentic and precious space for children/teen/adult ballet learners, the Adult Ballet Academy passes on the authentic artistry of ballet to adult students without dumbing it down. You are not taken any less seriously just because you are an adult learner. Julia, Damian and all the teachers are true artists.

Very welcoming environment, great for all levels of experience. However I would advise all to avoid Vadym's class. Very poor teaching environment, outdated and rude. He should not be allowed to teach ballet to anyone of any age or skill level.

Fantastic studio for adult beginners with no prior dance experience! Damian greeted us in such a warm and friendly manner which helped us relax straight away! The fellow students are very kind. Fenella is a wonderful instructor! She makes you feel included, she gives you confidence, she is lovely and friendly and explains everything clearly. I can't recommend this studio enough!
