The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.Constance was my sales person and couldn't have been more professional, helpful and informative.Laura and David sorted out the finance and help when I was having issues. The accessories team answered all my questions happily and politely, no matter how stupid.Finally they gave me a great price on my trade in. Overall a great experience.

I was the only person in there looking at bikes, but the staff didn't seem interested; when a staff member came over to help they knew about the bike I was interested in, but weren't trying very hard to sell and seemed to be wanting to go somewhere else. Maybe I just didn't look like I would have enough money or something, or maybe it's part of the sales technique there.Anyway, I still give credit for knowledge of their stock.

The first time I went to the store I was at the parts counter for 30mins talking to the guys and they gave me all the information I needed + more without spending a cent.2nd time was on the phone for 15mins with the workshop and they told me how to fix my problem over the phone, no money spent. Legends, I'll definitely be back.

Are you freaking kidding me!!!!I went to drop off my motorcycle for basic safety check and brake fluid thinking that they would take it and give it back sometime next week.I was informed that the earliest available booking is only after 2 weeks.waste of time and effort.. I would find a decent service centre nearby.
