I recently had a plumbing issue while renovating a bathroom and was unable to find a plumber available. I took photos and showed them to Liam who patiently discussed options and was able to supply me all the parts I needed to do the job myself. Other staff members were also very helpful on subsequent visits. Great customer service :)
