Curtis Bros and Containers

Excellent experience from door to door(interstate). Received everything in A1 condition, the guys were very helpful and reassuring as I had some sentimental, good pieces, rugs and boxes. The only hitch was that my phone number was noted incorrectly so I found it hard to contact/find out where it was all at until I got the knock at the door with it all ready to unload. Absolutely amazing service! They came in and did the move perfectly. Four flights of stairs to get to us, and we had some heavy stuff. Couldn't recommend them enough! Would use them again in a heart beat.

Used this company to do our interstate move. Once we moved to our new home we had missing boxes/bags that had our clothes in there. Been trying to contact to find and resolve but the people don't care and non responsive. Do not go with this company

Bruno was fantastic! My belongings all made it here exactly when he said would be. His staff were polite and efficient. Curtis Bros made a stressful cross country move so much easier!

So disappointed.Lost bedside draws during an interstate move, despite repeated messages, no replies hoping I will eventually give up, which I did.Ive used Curtis Bros many times prior, but never again.Look elsewhere..

Bruno and team at Curtis Bros were amazing. They arrived spot on time. Were so careful with my furniture and belongings. Courteous, friendly, and did a great job. I've had moves in the past and all my stuff was bumped and in bad shape. So I was so impressed to see everything in such great condition. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good honest furniture and car transport company! With very reasonable rates.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted in this service. We used Curtis Bros for our move from Sydney to Perth and half of our furniture arrived unusable and damaged beyond repair (dining table leg snapped off, big hole in our near new mattress etc). When we followed this up with the company via multiple emails we received no response. While I understand minor damages may happen during transit, for our furniture to have arrived with such significant damage is not acceptable and we are extremely disappointed. Had we known our items were going to be handled and transited with such little care or proper packing to avoid such damage we wouldn’t have bothered using this service. In addition to this, to just be ignored by the company when trying to resolve this issue is poor customer service. Avoid using this company- You will save yourself money and a massive headache.

Very disappointed..I moved from Sydney to Perth and the furniture arrived after 2 months.The majority of the boxes were open as if they were all stuck one on top of the other and the weight broke them. All the items inside were dirty and dusty.1 desk arrived broken (it doesn’t stand anymore) and Bruno told me that he is surprised it actually got to Perth.I wrapped all my furniture myself very nicely and they arrived in Perth with no wrapping at all ( I still don’t have an explanation for that). As a consequence all my furnitures are chipped and scratched but he cannot pay me the damage because I wrapped them so I’m responsible.I don’t recommend it to anyone.Extremely Unprofessional, dishonest and could not care less about customers service.Their service is not worth a star and no even half star.

I had my belongings moved from Sydney to Perth. I paid in full. I booked in pick up for 1st August and by the time my items arrived it was over 2 months. Do not trust Bruno or his staff or anyone that associates with Curtis bros van lines. He is unprofessional and dishonest. Lied to me from the start why my items are not arrived yet .There were valuables missing & damaged items. I dont think they are even worth a star. Scum....
