Excellent advice with clear communication. We ordered roof racks and seat covers for our Jeep. These were both supplied and installed and we were given a thorough rundown on everything we needed to know about both products before we left the store. While fitting the seat covers a pen was found under one of the seats. This was placed to one side and given to us. It was just a pen, nothing special, but the gesture told us a lot.We would happily deal with them again.

I went and compared 3 different 4wd accessory outlets. These guys gave me their best quote 1st up on ARB and Safari. It wasn't the cheapest but very close to the cheapest. They seemed like a very professional outfit that know their stuff. Their workshop was immaculate and I felt like I could trust them to do a proper job with my 4WD. The cars booked in.

They wired my car for a caravan with an Electronic Brake Controller, Caravan ESC and rear camera etc. A difficult job which was done with Expertise and thoughtfulness. They even had to fabricate a special bracket to fit all connectors at the rear of the car resulting in an extremely neat professional job.

I am a happy customer of Kate and Michael. I have had quite a lot of kit fitted there ... bull bar, lights, winch, radio, roof racks and fuel pre-filter. I have found them knowledgeable, and happy to discuss the right solution to my requirements. Prices seem comparable, but the real value is in the workshop. The installers are first rate and happy to spend the time demonstrating the new fittings until I am comfortable I fully understand them. Perhaps there are flasher and cheaper shops, but I want knowledgeable skilled and reliable if I am depending on them to keep me out of trouble.

Would not recommend. Took months for parts to be ordered and after chasing the wrong snorkel was ordered so more waiting. When I finally went to pick the car up, the job was not only NOT completed to what the quote stated, but also found damage to the car. I was told repeatedly that it was not their problem. Very very bad service !
