Tilly's Lights

I was served by Carissa, her knowledge and advice was 10/10. Nothing was too much trouble and I ended up with beautiful lights for our new home. Can’t recommend them enough. Do yourself a favour and visit this business before you purchase anywhere else. Thanks Tilly’s!

Initially the staff were good. Helpful and friendly.The light we chose was the only design left in store so it was the display piece. The sales rep said ordering a new one in would take up to 2 months so we thought the display piece would be okay. We didn’t fully inspect it so assumed it was pristine. The sales rep, a woman, not a man took it down and boxed it for us.When we got our light home, a stained glass dragonfly pendant, we opened the box and noticed a small crack. I rang and advised the staff and the lady was very friendly saying they’d order a replacement.When we went in to do the swap in store it was a different story. The staff practically accused us of mishandling the light and cracking it. They were professional but borderline rude. A man said he took it down and boxed it and it wasn’t cracked at that time. We never saw him in store originally. He suggested we cracked it but it didn’t even come out of their box at our house.Do not accept ANY display item from Tilly’s. If it’s damaged they’ll blame you for mishandling.Very disappointing.

Fantastic choice of light fittings, picked up some lovely lamps in their sale. The saleslady was very helpful and extremely patient.

Jenny at Tilly’s Lights was amazing! She answered all of my questions and then was super helpful when I was having difficulty with shipping owing to me being so far away.I would highly recommend this store.

Finally found a lighting store that sells an array of artistic lamp shades! I was helped by a new guy who'd just transfer from the warehouse to the front. Unfortunately forgot his name but he was so friendly and helpful! Thanks again for your help!

Thank you to the whole team at Tilly’s Lights, I received the most amazing customer service i have ever experienced, I ordered a 2m spotted gum pendant light for my new house that is nearly finished being built and the team got it prepared for me at an earlier than expected time when I realised I could get it picked up earlier they did everything to have it ready for me I was so thankful and very appreciative. The team should be so proud of their excellent service ❤️

I was told that the display piece was the only light that was available. When I asked if it would be at a discounted rate, I was told it will be at a full price. How can a used display product be sold at a full price. I was told that they were not going to order anymore of that product. So, with much disregard, I got that display piece. I really expected more from a place like this.

Tilly, Brett, Wayne and the crew at Tilly's always look after me. Got several of these awesome L.E.D. Crystal Chandeliers. They really finished off my home and made it look spectacular. The lighting effect is fantastic and they were much cheaper than other lighting shops around Osborne Park. Don't go anywhere else.
