Ripper trails with cascades being the crown jewel! It has a mix of everything and will test even the most experienced riders.There's a decent amount of climbing on Cascades so don't think it's just descending. Also the top section is rocky and they can get super slippery with mud etc, so ride to the conditions. Maybe try an easier run before cascades if you're new to biking

Not many MTB trails here but best to take a map with you which can be downloaded from the official site. Granite Grind is rocky and at times tight so not for the beginner. Hiking the XC ski trails is worth it during the summer. Beautiful forest and views. A unique area and extensive walking.An old hut can be found on the Hut trail. It's a good 4km walk each way with some great back country views. Mt Buller can be seen in the north eastern distance.

The trails are bloody brilliant, but Cascades is definitely not for beginners. A reasonable level of fitness and confidence on your bike is required for this one.
