Monash IVF Auchenflower Clinic

Dr intentionally uses a lot of jargon and terms knowing patients don’t follow; poor bedside manner. Reception staff and clinic staff annd Jill who does financials are like Gestapo. Nurses are lovely tho. Still awaiting reply after I submitted several emails but no reply from them. Monash definitely not patient focused. It’s about the $$$

Horrible admin! I called them twice and email them once to book an appointment in the last 2 weeks. My wife needs to book a non-medical session with the nurse before her next period, and every time they told me they had sent the request for me and someone will contact me soon. Now my wife’s period is coming in 3 days, it’s Friday, nobody call me! Really unsupportive team!

Wish I could give a zero star! Booked our first appointment which was fine. They told us to do all these tests which cost quite a bit of money as well as paying for the first consultation. Tried calling and emailing a couple of times just to be told they will get back to you soon. 6 months later still no response. Don’t waste your time head to The Fertility Centre.

The team at Monash IVF Auchenflower are by far the most caring, amazing, attentive team in the fertility field. Especially our nurse Margie. Where to begin with Margie! She has been our rock through our IVF cycle. She is genuinely the most beautiful soul and she is perfect for this sort of work as she truly cares and has a beautiful way of making you feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble and she will always take your call. We’re forever grateful for her guidance and love during this IVF cycle. The admin girls are just beautiful and always helpful and the scientist are absolutely gorgeous as well. They called me every step of the way and were cheering our little embryos on. We’ve never felt so well looked after and will never forget the generosity of this clinic.

Asked for help, or to be pointed in the right direction, didn't even be bothered to get back to me. This in a whole is disappointing and disgusting, I can't even imagine how they treat their patients.
