Went to the store yesterday to buy a television like a few others and arrived about 40 minutes before opening and also a 30 k drive. Five minutes before opening a staff member walked out to tell those waiting that there would be no televisions. Very poor customer service. Not everyone lives around the corner. They should at least get the customers names and phone numbers and get the product advertised in for them. It costs nothing to treat people with respect and would go a long way to win over the customers.

Went in there to pickup an Aldi SIM. They had the SIM. I purchased it and left. The experience was painless. You're welcome.

Love the products and the prices.Unfortunately it is the checkout staff (not all of them),that are not always the most cheerful people.Bit grumpy some of them.Otherwise a great place to shop.
