Terrible customer service or lack of.. as the owner was condescending and didn't care for your explanations. In other words - RUDE!! Regardless of that wasted my time packing heavy PC in box, drove to the store with extra hardware just to see a Closed" sign for a break. Didn't even bother mentioning that so wasted time and effort for nothing. Best go somewhere else that actually treats people with respect!"

I have been going to PC Tele for about 18yrs and have found Ramez to be honest and reliable, and willing to even help to keep dinosaur computers going. When he can't, he'll sell you a replacement for a genuinely good price. I am recording music again! So pleased.

great place staff really nice great price fast fix but due to covid-19 a bit longer but all fine will be using the shop more often well hopefully not for repair because it's a good job

Cute little corner shop where Ramez will assist you in any computer hardware or software issues. Reasonable prices and quick service with a guarantee on a complete service. Very friendly too.

This small unassuming shop is one of the best computer repair places I have ever been to. The manager really knows computers and all that comes with them and has always been happy to use that knowledge to help me find the best solution for my computer woes. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a no-nonsense approach to getting their computer fixed.
