Went in for a walk-in blood test at 12:10, I'm terrified of needles btw, left at 12:30 overly satisfied with my experience. The secretary is polite and friendly and the pathologist did an amazing job, will be coming here again :)

Super convenient location, opening hours and nice and new fit out. It was also really lovely to look out the window to the nice views of Mount Coot-tha while having bloods taken.

Made an appointment for a certain day to make fasting blood test, was waiting for about an hour being pregnant to hear that they made a mistake and didn’t put me to the list. Very irresponsible

Very poorly managed, no idea how to organize appointments. Waited for over an hour just for making an appointment with the pathologist. Mater pathology has now idea how to run that centre
