Sophia is the most professional and patient agent I ever met !She handle my case in a very professional manner , patient to deal with buyer and explains the situation to her client! Very impressive and highly recommend to deal with Belle and Sophia again.

These people don’t even seem to exist! I went to one of their advertised rental properties, and tried repeatedly to ring the agent advertised as the contact person; the number didn’t exist. I found the business website, and tried the main agency number (didn’t exist, apparently), the same agent’s mobile number (same problem) and the principal property manager (same)! So I tried an online chat, and waited until I was “next in line”, but then got the message that they couldn’t talk to me and to try later. Hmmmmm …. VERY SUSPICIOUS!! Be very wary of these property managers!

I agree with all the zero/1 star, never ever experienced so unprofessional real estate . The open home was Wed 5pm but didn’t see any sign or any agent , rang Sophia and was told to call Jason . Then called Jason only got his voicemail & didn’t even call back .The next day received an email from Jason thanking me with the enquiry , with no apology . What a waste of time , driving during traffic hour over 1 1/2 hours for nothing .

Dealing with Jason was quite amazing. He was prompt and gave us information as we needed. He was easy to aporoach. And very professional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT anything advertised by them. They charge you a break lease fee even if they evict you but you leave earlier because god forbid you try and find a new place to make sure you will have a roof over your head. They also don’t show up to rental inspections so people are just left waiting. They are rude to deal with and terrible, disrespectful and unprofessional agents.

not sure what’s the point of all the fake reviews giving 5 stars. Definitely would give 0 star if I could. Out of all the people, SOPHIA ZHOU got the worst attitude. Entitled, arrogant and unprofessional rude and Ignorant.When we contact about fixing the apartment, they go around and make you send a lot of pictures questions and just when you thought they will fix it, absolutely no response. It’s been half a year and nothing was fixed. When we call them nicely, Sophia talk back in the worst manner ever. Broken microwave , stove, hot water in kitchen , leaking water in bathroom ??? Like hello do your job right.Also really bad time management. Promised to agreed on a time for open inspection but when we actually are inconvenient, requesting a change of time a week before, Sophia threaten to open the door forcefully with spare key and wouldn’t change the time of inspection.If I’m a landlord I would definitely not let them rent my place out or sell it cause with that attitude I’m not sure anyone would want her services.I have never seen anyone so not professional doing such a simple job before. Maybe Consider to change your job.

Jeez…. Just terrible….No response, replies, nobody answering mobiles or office phones, not sure if they even exist….From what my partner and I have experienced and the reviews below, I think these agents work based purely on how much potential money they can make and ignore anything/anyone that does not have a high enough potential monetary return, hence the terrible service related to rentals and having selective customer service. Extremely wary of them now and will be filtering out anything related to belle property.
