Our group of ladies booked hair/make-up for Oaks day. We were all so delighted with the incredible hair/make-up that had us race track ready. Great service and exactly what i was looking for... Glam Glam Glam!

I had my wedding April 2023. Given that prive was the most expensive quote at almost $400 to get my hair and make up done, I was sure I would get the absolute best service possible. My experience was further from the truth. I live in Perth WA, when my artist arrived I showed images of how I wanted my make up done, she did not seem interested in what I showed her and did not try to replicate what I asked for, she told me those images are photo shopped and she went ahead and did what she thought thought suited best when I asked for a smoky eye as i showed images of what I wanted. Half way through I had a look at what she had done so far and had to repeatedly ask her to change the look as it did not match what I asked for at all. I felt very unheard and ignored. I also asked for my lips to be made to look slightly larger in which this request was also not granted. Instead she put a colour stay lipstick on my lips under my lip line which gave me the opposite look that i was looking for And my end result of my make up was very messy,!!! Very little attention to detail!! I had to fix my lipstick and my eyes. I also got charged for lashes I did not end up using and despite many attempts to get my money refunded for these, I still one month later have not been refunded. To top the whole experience off when I went to leave this review using my google account it repeatedly took me to a blank screen! I gather I've been blocked as I've tried from other accounts and I am able to leave this review using my sons account. I am very disappointed paying top dollar for a poor experience. When I realized my makeup was not turning out like the way I asked for it to be done, it caused me extreme anxiety as it was on my wedding day and if I could turn back time and never use this company, I would. Even my mum and sister were shocked at how there was a lack of attention to detail and how my artist was not taking time to execute what I had asked for. She instead rather seemed annoyed at my requests, and wanted to just do her own thing. I ended up with very little time in the end to get my dress on which just added to the pressure of an already high pressure day. I wish I could turn back the clock.

Eliza was amazing! My daughter had her school ball and had lots of different pictures as references for how she wanted her make up and hair done. I thought it would confuse her but she easily blended everything together to suit her face and hair. Thanks so much. Hair and make up stayed in all night and she had lots of compliments!

Privé were a pleasure to deal with. They were helpful and flexible and the makeup artist Lucy was a lovely, calm and confident professional to work with on my wedding day. She did an excellent job of my and my maid of honor's hair and makeup, and I didn't even have enough money for a trial.
