I would like to Thank Dee(hope spelling is correct)at Burwood Mecca store. She has been spot on with everything. My favourite Josie Maran has been discontinued, so she cleverly redirected to matching products.

Not that big store like Broadway's one. But not bad either, good for quick visit, but you might face a bit difficulty to find the desired item. Coz most of the products are not available here as . Staff are friendly and helpful.

Did a make up application session - staff was very professional and friendly. Love the outcome, make up last for more than 8 hours. Great recommendation of products.Also done quickly but with awesome result.Great tip: the fees paid for your session is redeemable for in-store products!!!

Leila helped me pick just the right products, in a professional manner.. i enjoyed the experience.i bought Mac lip conditioner Mac lipstick and lip pencil...a lovely brush and finishing powder and really enjoying the finished look when I wear make up. Leila guided me in the right direction!

Staff are always lovely and helpful. Never had a bad experience there.Can’t help but notice there’s a bad review from a customer who waited at the store at 9am complaining about the “lazy” staff opening “late”. On the Mecca site it says the store opens at 9:30am…Mecca needs to change the hours on Google to reflect their actual trading hours.

The five stars goes to their employee Angela at the Burwood Mecca. I don’t know much about makeup and instead of being judged Angela took her time with me to help me find my shade and show me how to apply the different products. She had great customer service and I believe more staff should have the same kind attitude as Angela. Would highly recommend
