Really clean and new. Usual menu. Self-serve kiosks were faulty - couldn't order a cappuccino by itself - kept on saying 'product not available' because it thought I was ordering a meal. A bit disorganised behind the counter, as the young guy gave my order to someone else.

Very clean and nice Maccas. Fresh flowers on the tables. Quick and friendly service on a Wed afternoon. All 8 of our orders came fast, and they gave a complimentary drink for the one item that was delayed.

This is probably the WORST Mecca's in the country. The service is very slow. Last time I was first in the drive-through line and it took 14min for me to be served. Today, went in and ordered on the self-service machine. Again, the place was empty and it took 20min to get a simple order.

Sharing a review for what happend 10 min ago. I asked for fresh nuggets and chips. I also asked before receiving food... is this fresh??? the girl took few seconds and said yes. Its completely cold not even matching the regular standard. In short, the food was handed out without confirming or even considering to double check when asked at the counter.

The food was poor, and the service was terrible.They lost half of our order.The staff concentrated more on the drive-through and not the patrons inside.I don't know if there was a manager working as there were so many people barking orders to each other and being ignored.The inside tables were not cleaned of empty food containers, and the table still had food scraps on them.The floors had drinks spilt on them and were an OH and S matter.Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.

Watched them pack the order waiting for one item, sat there for 10 minutes until the item was ready. Food that was already packed was pretty much cold. Poor form.

Customer service was good but the food itself was really substandard. The chips were only half full and the burgers had more filling and sauce on the inside of the box rather then in the burger itself. Although it might be a new trend having a deconstructed burger but some of us just prefer a burger already together.

At 9:25 this evening, I was going to the driveway to order a sundae, but I said good evening three times I want a sundae tonight, and the female operator always said sorry, what did your said?And i said could you give me a ice cream, She looking like a robot again.Although English is not my mother tongue, I can never say a very, very simple word like ice cream wrong.Today is June 7, 2023 at 21:25

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Took then three times to get 1 simple burger right. Staff just looked at us whilst we were waiting to be served then we were finally greeted" by a young girl who barely talked. Place needs a decent clean too"

Just got the mcfeast burger .T lucas ballarat mcdonalds .now back only at special times meant to be awesome .it was awful. They put some aweful white sauce that was never on mcfeast buger before.that I ever remember. Asked for a slice of beetroot on it they said no we don't have any beetroot ( what happen to other burgers with beetroot. And creating your own burger) it was freezing.cold to eat. Chips were cold worst experience ever.come on mcdonalds staff what is going on. Customer service is terrible , no one's ever present or wants to look after the customer and serving cold meals . It's customers hard earned money they are spending and deserve a lot better.mcdonalds used to be one of the places you could always expect great service etc .
