Fantastic business, service was excellent, staff informative and knowledgeable, prices affordable and the repair time frame was fast.It has been a long time in this day and age to find a business with such a great attitude to their customers.Great easy location @ Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre.I would recommend to all, I have a couple more tasks involving mobile phones and will be going back to these very kind, gentle people.

My phone was damaged during repair.This is a great local shop, and I've had great experiences in the past. Today, I paid to get the charger port replaced on my iPhone, this was done successfully within 2 hours, and is now working fine. However in that process the LED screen was damaged from the inside, so I have a thick dark permanent scratch on my screen. I mentioned it to the staff immediately upon collecting my phone, but because I wasn't able to prove that the damage wasn't there before the repair, they could not do anything. I understand their point, but it is unfortunate for me to pay full price for a charger port repair and pickup my phone with a permanent screen damage. I still think they are a great shop and rare mistakes do happen, but I was hoping for a more professional response. My only recommendation would be to get them to check the phone before any repairs so they can certify there are no other damages (in other words, protect yourself from any potential damage during repairs).
