Had to get a pair of work boots in lockdown. The lady that served me provided excellent customer service having to run back and forward with different shoes to try on. Purchased my previous work boots there and was very happy at that time as well

The 1st boot i was sent came on time however, it was a similar style but, different model. I then sent it back and reordered the shoe again, but this time waited for 3 weeks. I tried to email them a few times with no reply, and when I called them I was told they are yet to receive the boot from the manufacturer, and there would be another month delay (after 5 weeks from the original purchase).Poor communication from the company by email (non-existent), but good by phone. I received a refund (Partial for some stupid reason) and now have wait for the boot from another company.
