I found the Qigong course very beneficial to my health and well being. Since I began the 12 week course I have not needed my asthma puffer as I have been show pain free methods to relieve my symptoms. In fact my symptoms have noticeably reduced since i began. My hips and overall movement has significantly improved. I highly recommend the course and the teacher Sufu Wang.

I started the Wu Qin Xi course with Sifu Wang at the beginning of the year due to shoulder injuries. This has greatly improved my flexibility and range of movement. I found Sifu Wang to be a very thorough and patient teacher. I recommend his classes for all ages and abilities.
