Fantastic..!! Yamaha Dealer.Many thanks to Craig for his help so far with intended repairs to a badly damaged Outboard Motor...not a Yamaha brand.Done a lot of chasing for parts & info in an effort to have it repaired before Xmas.Also a ton of advice re: a new Motor.... IF it comes to that....even suggesting brands that he doesn't sell. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Took a bottom leg in to get one seal and water pump kit in parts and told the cost would be $152 for parts and an extra $150 to do the job so $352 to do the complete job.Rang up a week and a half later and told it needed two more seals, so the whole job would be $450 in total. Got the call to pick up and I went down and told that he had problems and the labor cost blew the job out to $700. If I new that I would of done the job myself for around $210 in parts at no point did they call and inform me about any problems and extra costs.I would not recommend this work shop to anyone.

Not my usual dealership but reached out to Baily Marine after their holiday break and Craig went over and beyond my expectations to assist me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Absolutely horrible to deal with. Purchased a 115hp Yamaha outboard that had a brand new powerhead and supposed new wiring for $9000 Ad leading you to believe the motor was as good as new! First received motor to find corrosion in some wiring, missing tilt sender, faulty tilt relay, worn water pump housing, gearbox oil full of water, motor not selecting gears and knackered seals. Kerry at Bailey marine did not want to know about it or take responsibility as I had it all repaired at fitup so as to get back on the water. Upon water test I had an oil alarm come up. After multiple emails trying to get Kerry Bailey To send out a tech I got sick of him with excuses trying to get me to check things and sent it back to my mechanic. Finally found we suspect motor had been sunk and they had not replaced oil pump so it was dropping pressure to O.120 emails from start to finish Kerry was not interested in paying for any repairs or diagnosis. Never sent a tech. Rude, arrogant, taking pot shots at me, my mechanic and other Yamaha dealers in victoria. Would not take phone calls from me at all. 3 months from purchase and finally got a refund of purchase price. No refund for repairs.

Went in looking for a very specific oil for a Yamaha generator. Despite them not having it on the shelf they continued to look online for me to help me source another supplier. This brief experience feels to me like a good proxy of their level of service.

We recently bought a pre owned Yamaha F115 from Baily Marine as they are a well respected Yamaha dealer. They were friendly and helpful at all times and Jason the tech guy was incredible and assisted us with fitting and general advice. It had a brand new powerhead including all engine electrics. I know this as I cross referenced the invoice with the powerhead serial number. Kerry was very open and told me the previous owner had returned it as it supposedly had problems. We removed it from the crate,Jason fitted and we tested it on my Quintrex in the river. I received 12 months warranty on the powerhead and gearbox without charge to allay any fears I may have had. Now after 60hrs of use I must say I'm wrapped and highly recommend Baily Marine. And may I say to you Matt Bond.....thankyou for being a whinger as your old engine is an absolute gem.

Craig the owner has really gone far and beyond with his customer service. Bought 2 new 350hp Yamaha outboards.Nothing ever an issue and very easy to deal with!!!Fairly priced!Good old fashion genuine customer service.Highly recommended.
