Glen has fantastic customer service and product knowledge. I phoned Glen in regards to a break down and despite him being extremely busy, he still said he would get it going for me to ensure our business could continue operating. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a genuine, affordable and fair man to maintain their equipment. We will be using Glen for regular services from now on to maintain our equipment moving forward to ensure it is looked after and lasts a life time. Glen exceeded my expectations and was beyond fair to us in every way to assist. Thank you Glen. We will be back!

Glen serviced my John Deere zero turn a few months back, replaced the drive belt that had come off and fixed a few other things along the way. Told me the parts to go buy in advance. Mower now runs really good, and nice to talk to.

He does a decent job in fixing mowers but he's expensive and his surly and cantankerous attitude gets old quickly. I won't use him again.

Our zero turn recently blew an engine. We reached out to Glen and he was only too happy to assist. He inspected our machine, and gave us an honest verdict and quote, on what was required. At no point did we ever feel pressured to do anything. We gave Glen the ‘go ahead’ and within two weeks, he had sourced and fitted a new engine, serviced the machine and had us back up and running. Glen communicated with us the during the whole process and we were never left wondering. Couldn’t be happier. We will now be using Glen for our regular services.B&T Smith
