Brought in my K7 Karcher as it was not working. I asked if it's worth fixing or replacing it. After 5 re visits after A&E supposedly repaired it, it still turns off on me after 5 minutes of operation. They will not return my money nor will they admit what they originally advised was wrong. Had to drive 1 hour for every re visit to drop off and pick up. They say they will call call back to find a solution and it's been 3 months no call back. Shame gave them $600 for repairs that were not guaranteed. Answer to the owner - the last time I came in you had advised that it could not be repaired and you could not even give a refund as the works were completed even though you admitting to not being able to repair it. I have spoken to fair trading and ombudsman and will leave it to them to chase and review.
