Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach
I am so happy with the Care, friendliness of everyone, quality of accomodation, food and activities at Bupa Bonbeach. Management, nursing and everyone who looks after my mum helped her settle in surprisingly quick and they always offer her kind encouragement to get involved in the activites which she now looks forward to. Tight covid restrictions at Bupa Bonbeach give us peace of mind also.

Staff need to be investigated as I don't believe some of them are living up to the expections of providing care to our older generation.On several occasions spent around 15 minutes trying to find a staff member to help a lady yo the toilet.

Bupa Bonbeach do a fantastic job looking after my Grandma, especially in these tough times. I can't recommend them enough. The staff are friendly, caring and approachable. Very grateful to them all.

Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach
We've had mum here for about 3 years and we have found the staff to be caring, respectful and diligent in the way they carry out their duties. If there are any issues and these have only been minor issues so far, the staff have responded quickly to correct it. I would recommend Bupa Bonbeach very highly.

Bupa Aged care has been for me a great relief to know that our dear John had the utmost care during his stay. Difficult situations were handled with love and care at all times.Needs were met, nothing was too hard.I highly recommend Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach to anyone needing extra support for loved ones.I shall miss everyone's faces thank you one and all.

Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach
I cannot thank the staff and helpers enough for all their caregiving and support they have given to my mother in such trying times. As She was palliative I have been welcomed and supported and kept well informed in her progress even during lockdown in Victoria. I am so grateful for their care that my mother has received. Cannot recommend Bonbeach Bupa enough. Amazing. Thanks to all involved!! Even giving her the pleasure of listening to her beloved music by playing her cd's consistently.

Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach
Our Father recently moved into Bupa Bonbeach.From my first phone call I spoke to Kylie and she was so helpful then we met with Sue and she showed us around it is so lovely, clean and homely.Sue was very helpful and informative. After our tour my sister and I both felt so comfortable and just had a good feeling about the place.Sue made the whole process stress free and relaxed. The staff are lovely and all so dedicated to the residents in the Mayfair section .Dad seems to have settled in really well .. keep up the great workAmanda & Emma
