Very helpful I now have a better understanding of hearing aids. All staff very helpful.

2 appointments cancelled, wrong batteries supplies - I do not recommend

I have visited Connect Hearing a few times. Every time I had a hearing test and adjustments, (I had more then 4), there was a different audiometrist. Each time the next person had to fix the problems the previous one created.The last I went in was when they ordered hearing aids for me without my consent.

I have never posted a negative review in my life. This is an exemption.What has happen to what really matters, people?When thinking about old age and the need to care for the elderly mother who was needing hearing assistance i must say this was the opposite of what we received today.My mum rang this morning to postpone from 2 to 230pm this afternoon. Once we were there we noticed they have moved. In which we later found out following me calling them to locate them. Once we arrived the lady supposably looking after us said sorry I have only 15 mins and can only attend to the Hearing aids and cannot do any testing.Yes agreed that we were now 10 mins behind however this still confused me considering we still had 50mins. I then questioned why and she said because you are late, I replied, we rang this morning and postponed it. She said sorry you needed to be hear at 2pm. She also mentioned that she overhead the reception speaking to my mother over the phone in the morning which was for 2.30pm. I can accept a change or double booking if that is the case. however it was never mentioned that we failed to be on time. I also mentioned that the paperwork and the reminder did not have the new address. Without hesitation her response was you were notified in the mail last December. No Sorry, or apology for not reminding you since we have not been there for 3 years. ( just justification) It really was not what was said but the professionalism and attitude that was on show. They requested that we rebook, by this time I stepped out of the room and needed to get some fresh air. I mentioned to reception why did you ask us to come 230 when we were not going to be seen. Her reply was if you came in 230 we would of seen you which was contradictory from what the Lady seeing my mum mentioned. Was I disappointment very!! And to add to it she told my mother while I was not present that your son is very Rude. My Mums reply was, my son is never rude.Some know how to get the worst out of you which they did today!I would of given it 0 however you cannot do a review without doing something.

Dr Chad was awesome!I went to see him a few months ago and he was very kind and so thorough with his feedback.I highly recommend him, a true Professional.

Absolutely wonderful place and very helpful and friendly staff.

Connect are definitely not the cheapest but they may be the best. I've had hearing aids for years and am certainly not wealthy but Connect have served me well and I will continue to go there while I can.

There was a young guy being trained while I was there, he yawned incessantly the whole time which was very off putting. The lady who did my test was very pleasant HOWEVER there was a heavy sales pitch when discussing the results of the test saying I needed 2 hearing aids and here are the prices!!! When I asked what about the test results themselves & was it imperative I needed hearing aids? Again she pushed the range of hearing aids. I told her I would think about it and a couple of the months down the track working & surviving without hearing aids!!! I feel this service is more of a sales venue and not genuinely letting the client know exactly how good or bad their hearing is.

Great service. Got exactly what I needed and very affordable.
