very poor communication....ordered a massage mat and paid, never heard of an order confirmation only to receive a refund a few days later without explanation....I contacted them to ask what has happened to my order...but they did not bother to reply...I assume they are out of stock and did not update their website....

There was a stuff-up in my receiving a replacement ceramic cover for a diffuser.. just one of those things!Kelly from Customer Service sorted the problem with apologies, making me feel like a valuable customer, not a nuisance as is the case with many businesses. She arranged a replacement and a spare then chucked in a bottle of essential oil -- Homedics deserve 10 stars for employing such a wonderful company ambassador... Sock liner on a very expensive foot massager is coming apart within warranty and the only solution is to return the entire product to the place of purchase….Makes complete sense to offer this as the only resolution

We have a EL300 Massage chair (Cost $1100) that has been rarely used and we have now noticed the kneading option no longer works. After contacting customer care we were told to return it under warranty to the store we purchased it from. Note is is well out of warranty, the store we purchased it from is no longer and we live on a rural property far from any such store.Customer care (read don't care) said they don't do repairs nor have any recommended repairs and they only do replacements under warranty. I asked for some guidance on how to repair it ourselves as my husband is an electrician, but was told that they couldn't supply that information as it is intellectual property"Dreadful customer service."

I recently lost the charge case to a fairly new set of Jam earbuds and enquired via the Jam Australia web site about purchasing a replacement case. Kelly replied to my enquiry almost immediately and offered to send me a free replacement in the mail. How good is that? After I confirmed my shipping address she confirmed that she will be sending two charge cases so I have a spare! Unbelievable customer service! Thank you so much Kelly, you are gem. Customer for life.

Absolutely disgusting lack of customer care.I sent them this disturbing video of a EMF tester well in the danger zone whilst testing their Shiatsu Massage Seat Pad, asking them to explain to me how their safety testing is done.I emailed, no reply, I left voice messages, no reply, I then contacted them via facebook messenger, NOT ONCE DID THEY REPLY, instead they have continued to ignore my concerns, and blocked me on messenger and facebook.They left me no choice than to get consumer affairs involved.I suggest everyone get someone with an Electronic Field Tester to test your Homedics products.The shiatsu massage seat was well over 10x higher than the safe level, even with it switched off!I am horrified at their lack of concern or care.

I was dealing with Kelly for Homedics, and I would like to say 5 star service and THANK YOU. I had trouble with a pair of headphones I had purchased and although a little past the warranty I had the guys from Homedics sort the issue out and I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend dealing with this company and it's GREAT to see that a company looks after their customers. If I was comparing against their products, then I can say go with these guys as if you have an issue, you are not forgotten, and they care that you are happy and satisfied with their products
