I dread picking up materials from James Hardie.Bring your Breakfast, Lunch and Possibly your Dinner.It's a very long wait.Weighbridge Security should ring you now and again as to where you are in the line or how long the approx. time maybe.Once you ring them and announce your arrival, you don't hear from them until it's your turn to go inside the premises.I get forklift drivers are busy with all sorts of different types of trucks,but somehow they need to have a quicker turn around system.Not only waiting outside but most times you are waiting just as long on the inside, that is to be loaded and for your paperwork.It's frustrating when you have other deliveries through out the day.It really dampers your scheduled day and at times you are not able to make other deliveries due to losing so much time waiting and waiting.I don't think Management really care and it has not changed in the years that I have picked up Materials.Time is money, so is ours.Some Forklift drivers can be rude.I wish their turn around on loading trucks would be at a more reasonable time frame.Unfortunately their deliveries are not guaranteed on a particular day, Hence why I dread going there.
