Solitaire Land Rover Service

'full service' completed. Overpriced at $1250, all prior services were 'free' as they were included in the purchase price of the car, each service returned a crystal clear report until the most recent service which was the first service that was no longer free, and what a surprise that it returned issues that require fixing. Washer fluid not even included in the $1250 after advising it was required. Rip off, will not be returning.

Whilst traveling between Oodnadatta and William Creek on the Oodnadatta Track, we had a restricted performance issue related to the Diesel Particulate Filter and the throttle body inlet hose. After our car was recovered by and taken to Solitaire by the Coober Pedy RAA, Solitaire moved heaven and earth to diagnose and repair the car. Alex and Peter could not have done a better job. Amazing service from Stacey and the team! I'm on a cross country trip from Melbourne, and the Adblue count down indicator came on in my Range Rover. I couldn't find any at petrol stations, and was heading off on a long 1500+ KM drive the next day. I called Solitaire at Mile End who said they were fully booked, however after explaining the circumstances, and although I'm not a regular customer, nor would even visit them again, they said to bring the car down same day. Within 30mins they topped up AdBlue, gave the car a quick check over, and topped up washer fluid, and I was on my way, no paperwork and no charge. I have purchased my last 4 cars interstate, and will keep Solitaire in mind for the next one. Its this simple good service you expect from a brand, but rarely get. Thanks team

Very difficult to contact staff within a reasonable time, calls drop out. Also confusing quotes with either insufficient or incorrect information.

Get ready to wait 5 months, and don't forget being constantly told the cars ready and making me go all the way there to get it, only for nothing to of change... tbh more has been broken there, then fixed.. I really wanted to like them to..
