We had a lovely meal here, and the young lady taking orders (Khadija) was so delightful and upbeat. Even when the restaurant was busy she came out to check on those eating, between taking orders. Absolute asset to have in this store. Her energy and smile made our experience wonderful.

Good place to have a quick bite. Service was pretty slow and the food wasn't hot/warm when served to the table, more like room temperature.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. Leo served us in store and was incredibly polite, friendly and super helpful. He took our order without a fault, and even stood aside to give us a clear view to pick our drinks. All done with a genuine smile and incredible energy. It was the best schnitz I have ever had. Incredibly fresh and well made. Leo checked if we would like anything else with our order and came back for a quality check a few minutes later, again with incredible customer service. Me and my partner have never felt so considered, especially in a chain restaurant. We also noticed he took this level of service throughout every part of his job. Upon chatting to the manager of the store to mention how incredible Leo had been, she was also incredibly lovely. We left genuinely feeling like this was the best customer service we have had anywhere in years. Leo needs a raise, and the store needs a bonus! I can’t possibly think of what else to say to make this review better but the star rating should be 50 out of 5!

The food here was nice but I especially loved the atmosphere and service! Khadija, our cashier was probably the main reason I’m posting this review. Such a professional and kind employeee despite seeming young. She recommended us food options, cleaned our table quickly and made sure we got the full Schnitz experience! Thank you to Schnitz and especially khadija☺️☺️
