Woolworths The Pines

Much smaller than most Woolies with a much smaller product range. Oh but the kicker is- according to the Woolies website this store doesn’t exist so you can’t go there and check whether they happen to carry the product you’re looking for. I’m so tired of going in there only to discover they don’t carry the thing I’m after. Please Woolies GET THIS STORE LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE I am sick of wasting my time in this storeAlso- there is not enough self checkouts and you often have to wait even at 8pm on a Friday- especially if you have the hide to want to use cash. One or sometimes two self checkouts for cash is not good enough especially when there’s no regular staffed checkouts open which is very often the case in the evening.

Staff in charge of the check out machines at 0800 am today 14/6/23, was unhelpful and rude.Not everyone enjoys using these machines and not everyone is aware that you need to place your own bags in place before scanning because not everyone has English as their mother tongue.And not everyone has the time to shop when you have more staff on the checkouts.And not everyone is David(you need to treasure him that’s for sure!!Always happy and with a big smile always complementing)!!Unhappy staff.I’ll be shopping at Coles instead.

Disappointing to have to wait 27 minutes to check out just because they decided not to pay enough employees on a public holiday.

I am writing this review purely based on the superlative customer service that one employee always provides. David at Woolworths, provides the best service I have ever come across, so much so that I have changed from Coles to Woolworths, he is highly professional, personable and extremely helpful. Shopping is usually a chore, but I now look forward to doing the groceries so I can see David's warm and welcoming smile. I will continue to shop at Woolworths because of him. He not only will help you with any enquiry but has the most lovely positive energy that leaves me feeling happy for the rest of the day. He is extremely diligent and works so very hard. He easily has the best interpersonal skills and every part of his work ethic shines through enormously. If you are shopping at the pines I highly recommend going to woolworths over Coles any day to see David.5 stars isn't enough as he himself is worth a million stars. What an asset woolworths have with him working for them. He has set the bench mark and the standard of outstanding customer service. I wish more people were like him. Great job David!

It's very convenient. I hope they sell red papaya and improve the fresh fruit section

Fix your trading hours! Doors shut at 9.30 pm when it says open till 10 on Google!

They do it so well here, customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to the entrance and bus bays, great if I'm about to head to the city via bus and I need to get smth quick
