I like the location here. You made need to hunt a bit for parking when it's busy. I liked their coffee and sat in the window on my laptop and people watched. Nice and bright and cheery venue.

Polite staff. Inside a bit warm. But outside tables great. Have a nice day Greg

New owners are awesome. Coffee is great and they are always friendly.Today I rocked up at 9am to place an order for Melbourne Cup day and they were still able to do corporate catering for my team with one hours notice. Food was hot and fresh and reasonably priced. Will be back for sure.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff.I said 'Hi' but the girl staff just ignored me and kept looking at me.This was the second bad experience I had with staff rudeness here. The second time, I decided to leave cafe and get me coffee from cafe across the street.

I like Croissant Express, and this one is no exception. Although I'm not supposed to, I still get the occasional muffin, and what's not to like about that? Their coffee is good and you can get a good size for a reasonable (for West Perth) price. I keep away from the pastries these days (diabetes plus a tendency to go for a muffin) and I miss them, but go for it if you can.

i randomly bought an almond croissant for my breakfast first time from this store. I sat in front of my desk and after one bite, I was touched. It totally changed my thoughts on croissant. I thought they were all the same taste like the one from Coles. But this almond croissant is the best in the region!

Hostile service when I bought 6 crossaints, was told it is catering and to call up and order next time, it was a spurt of the moment as I walked by, way to make me feel bad for buying crossaints. Also happened a week or so ago when I bought a mix of treats and crossaints. I was not planning a head of time to buy these and to be made to feel bad for buying a bunch on the spot as a treat for my team, won't go back. Other bakery near by is happy to take my unplanned orders/in the moment purchases.

Average.I am not sure what they are doing to their pastries but nothing ever tastes fresh.Unfortunately there are not a lot of places in West Perth that sell croissants so they get away with it.Once when I offered some feedback instore the assistant all but sneered before dismissing my comments.Very disappointing I would avoid it if I could. - I buy $30.00 of pastry every day as I collect breakfast for our office, so I am not a one time walk in, but a regular customer who purchases min of four croissants a day.*EDIT*I no longer buy our morning pastries from here, not only do they charge extra the more you buy (as in if its 3.50 for one when you buy five its 4.00 each - WT?!), the manager asked me if I could start calling our orders in the day before, when I explained that it is a breakfast order and I dont know what people want until just before I come down, she was still very insistant that the orders need to be placed in advance, as it take four hours to replace the pastries that I buy.Isnt selling pastries your exact purpose of making them?Jean Pierre Sancho are happy to have my business.
