Our hot water cylinder expired, I rang Sam who came that afternoon, gave us a competitive quote for a complete system replacement. Sam delivered the replacement tank @06:00 the next morning and arrived in the afternoon to complete the job. Great work, no mess, took away all the old system, gave me a rundown on the system so I knew how to maintain it in good order. I recommend Sam to anyone who wants a great plumber.

We had a water heater blow and called out a national firm to check the fault. Their quoted price to resolve the issue was way over double what SDB quoted me. Spoke with sam about getting our drain checked out as our bathroom was flooding.Turned up on time and was very nice to my partner (I wasn't home at the time) and it took him about 45 minutes to complete the task. Due to a miscommunication sam decided to do the job for free and even gave us a $400 shower head due to what happened.Thankyou Sam

Sam was great. He took an emergency call at 2am and was out to help me that morning. He was very reliable, explained and showed me the problems, and was upfront and honest with quoting. He was very reasonable compared to others and an allround great help!

Sam was excellent, he was able to get over in about half an hour to help us with an issue with our kitchen tap.

We have bought a 1994 house and just wanted to check out the sewer drains to make sure they were complete and clean and the storm water outlets to street as they didn’t seem to be flowing well.Samuel provided me expert advice and where to go to get plans to find the IO ( inspection opening) for the sewers, which seems to have been covered over. He inspected the stormwater outlets with his CCTV system and pointed out a couple of minor fixes I could undertake and then jet cleaned a couple of area with minor root ingress.Great knowledgeable professional, and the person I ‘lol be getting back to do the sewer inspection once I get the plans!Highly recommended!Kevin
