Hugely impressed with the service we receive from Terry and his business Fix it Fast. We have been using Terry's service for a little while now to supply toner cartridges for a Brother MFC that we have as a back up printer and have always been impressed with how speedy his response to our needs has been. On his last visit he had a look at our main photocopier which we were set to replace at other's recommendation. Terry had a look and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of replacing it when everyone else just wanted to write it off. He's very knowledgeable, very efficient and we can't recommend highly enough.

So it is official Terry is amazing..Yes phone manner does suck slightly ...but that's only because he is so overwhelmed. and doing a million things at once ...his just your average Australian male, with the exception that he is a genuis who is honest and doesn't overcharge...My business is back on track...Terry keeping being you, the loosers and the haters will just have to deal with it.....Highly recommend Terry and his services..:)...Mr Fix it is who is

Had a Brother printer with a broken fuser roller. Terry was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He sent a replacement that arrived quickly, printer is now up and working perfectly. Would definitely use them again.

Had a dead upper fuser roller for a Brother 9340CDW. Terry had some helpful advice by email about whether I should replace it. Took the plunge and ordered a new roller. It arrived quickly, and I was able to install it following the youtube instructions. Now works perfectly!

Terry provided great advice, and it was clear he is very knowledgeable. I needed to replace a Fuser in a Brother Laser printer. I chatted with him online, and on the phone to discuss the problem, and the options to fix it. The outcome was that the part was sent promptly, along with links to instructional videos to aid in undertaking the replacement. Very happy with the service and advice.

Very Unprofessional. Called him told me will be there 1:00 Pm. Never showed up and called him and said had to pick up the kids. Told me will come next day @ 10:00 AM. Waited and didn't arrive again Called him 10:45 AM. Sorry will be there in another 1 hour and 30 mins. If you can't come just tell customer. You need to realise that how other business are getting affected..... Lying in the reply too. You forgot to mention the day you were suppose to be there @ 1:0 PM and when I called you @ 4:00 PM you said I thought it was supposed to be tomorrow and then you booked in for 10:00 AM for next day and still didn't turn up.

Terry has to be one of the most knowledgeable and obliging IT people in the business. His ability to solve computer issues and get to the core of problems is outstanding. In addition, he does not give up until problems and issues involving computers and printers are overcome. We wish that we had used him as our supplier and overseer of our technology right from the start. Besides this, he is always honest and up front with us as clients. Very highly recommended.
