Absolutely awful and not worth it, do not purchase the service pack. No one calls you back, their staff have attitude and they simply don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks Peter Warren for our recent purchase. Michael, our salesman, was excellent. He was easy to speak with, happy for some friendly banter and willing to negotiate within reason. There was unfortunately a crack in the glass roof upon delivery, but after inspecting the car, we were provided a loan car and it was all eventually repaired.

Let me first start off by thanking Chris Ansell who has been very accommodating and a wonderful sale person I have ever dealt with. This is my 5th brand new car and first ŠKODA so I have a fair share of personal dealings and experiences with sales from other car brands, and the customer service provided by Peter Warren ŠKODA has been exceptional.The whole process from initial discussions to timing of delivery was very positive. Efficient and professional service. Mitchell was polite, patient and very thorough and Dan, the service manager also personally refitted the child seat out and back into our car. The loan car for $20 (to cover fuel charges, limited to 100kms per day) was great. The service report (including an emailed soft copy) and the complimentary vac and clean were great additions. All of this provided for a fantastic first service experience. Good job team!

They do great servicing/maintenance but unfortunately when it comes to cleaning your car they are hopeless! Both my wife and I on our most recent services had got our cars back from service and still dirty… I really miss Audi!!!

Our last 2 cars one a Volvo V40 and the most recent one a Skoda Kodiaq were purchased from the Peter Warren dealership and both cars have always been serviced by Peter Warren at Warwick Farm even though it is some distance from our home at Minto. Offer of a loan car made this decision a little easier. Booking a service is easy with a text reminder the day before and checking in is easy and quick and smooth as well. Staff are also friendly and helpful. A comprehensive report is provided after the service and car presented cleaned, vacuumed and smelling nice. Happy with this dealership and trust they will always ensure they provide a very high standard of care for our cars.

They live up to the reviews they have been getting! Visited this place to check out Kodiaq. Unfortunately due to chip shortage few mandatory features such as Blind spot monitoring were missing. However Brian showed us the variants and also assisted with the TD process. It was indeed a pleasant experience!

We honestly had the best buying experience. After months of looking and going to multiple car yards and having not so good experiences by being offered cars way outside our budget and asking us to increase our budget. We decided to try Peter Warren - Michael our salesman was amazing! He stayed with in our budget, talked through our options and signed us on the day! His old school sales approach was what we were looking for he was bending over backwards to help us get everything we wanted in the car. The service didn’t stop there he stayed in contact with us regularly until we picked the car up and then took us through the car to ensure we knew how to use everything and even paired my phone for me before I drove off. I don’t normally write reviews but we were extremely happy with the service we received. I can not recommend Michael from ŠKODA Peter Warren enough..

Mitch has been amazing at looking after my Skoda. His patience and attention to detail is very appreciated. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
