Terrible windscreen installation via Insurance claim. Car was flooded with water and needed a refit of screen (by a different company!), dry cleaning, mould clean and wiring checked by auto electrician to ensure no lasting damage.

This mob are the NRMA roadside assist agents in Gunnedah. I was broken down (with caravan) just outside Gunnedah due to mice eating through the wiring to the injectors. Chris, who looked after me, was excellent. He got me to a caravan park in town, and the car to where I could get it fixed that same day. Also advised on who to call regarding other NRMA services I was entitled to. Couldn't have given better service.
