My experience with Gary was good, overall. He explained everything and was very thoroug with the cleaning process itself He took time to clean the ducts and was even able to spot a break in the ducts.I would have given 5 stars and my real score is really (3.5) , if he was a bit more careful about not scratching our brand new dishwasher, which is only a week old. It was an accident and he was very apologetic and ended up givinga discount (I would appreciate a discount too, if we do end up getting them for the next repair/service).This company is so far, very good and honest. They just need to be more careful when working in smaller spaces. The edges of the machine are sharp and if care is not given, your house will end up being scratched. I also had to remind him that the tiles of the bathroom could be scratched. Maybe moving forward, bring some mats, etc to place everything so nothing gets scratched.Also, the sink was left dirty and there was some dust left in the hallway. A clean would have been nice before he left, as is the norm. He had also placed his small bag to charge on top of our cologne perfume area in the sink, without consulting me, and left the bottles not even back up.I would recommend them. You just have to make sure they are careful when there is not enough space to maneuver. I leave this review for the improvement of the company, as I would like to continue to support them.Cleanliness after is so key.I have also requested for an itemized receipt and it still has not been sent. Adding it all up, the discount that Gary said I have yet to see.

Excellent service, workmanship and professionalism shown by Gary. Clear communication about the day and time of the job. Gary explained everything he was going to do regarding the cleaning of our ducts before he started. Very reliable and professional company. Super happy with the professional work conducted by Gary from DuctMates. We haven't had a clean for more than over 10 years until it was recommended to do one immediately since it is actually long overdue!! He kindly organised one appointment for us. He turned up right on time and then get organised, then meticulously and efficiently cleaned out every one of the the 10 vents (6 upstairs and 4 downstairs). Gary was nice and he took the time to explain to us what was causing more dust for us than usual when we switched on the central heating. He was very professional in his work and after cleaning the ducts, the airflow is now much better than before.
