Weldon Drycleaners

Dropped off a custom suit and tailored shirt one week before a wedding. Came back the day before the wedding to pick everything up and they informed me they had lost the shirt. The attendant didn't seem to understand or care that I was not able to get another shirt made up for the wedding in one day. Will never, ever go back.

Took a dress to be dry cleaned and they handed it back to me ironed in the plastic bag as if nothing was wrong in what looked like it had mud thrown on it. I started screaming when I saw it and they apologized and told me the dry cleaning machine was dirty and they would redo it. I went back to collect it a second time and it was still a bit dirty and they said they would try again. By the third time it was fixed and he demanded I pay him. I explained to him he had wasted my time on three occasions to come and collect it. I have needed the dress to wear and couldn't and had to take time off work to collect it this time so I could wear it again on the next occasion. He threatened to call the police if I did not pay and in the end it ended by him saying that he did not want me as a customer anymore and not to come back. I can't believe how little they care for people's garments and that they would hand it to them dirty and not care. They dry cleaned it again and still did not check that it had dirt stains on it.

Brought a dry clean only purple dress to this shop. Went to pick it up and it was dusty pink. The manager kept saying it was already pink and didn’t admit it. He kept saying I was wrong even though the thread of the dress was clearly purple. I then showed him a photo and he said that it was the dresses problem and it was not his fault. So traumatised. Never will go back again.

I dropped eight work shirts in for an iron. They all came back with small brown specks in various parts of the shirt. It looked like brown rust in colour. I returned them and they attempted to clean them. They were unsuccessful and all shirts are ruined. The informed me it was not their fault, which was disappointing given the shirts weren’t ruined when I dropped them off. Not a good experience.

Very cheap, considering the location but unfriendly/abrupt staff and not the cleanest result

I got a coat dry cleaned. Coat was not ready at the time they told me to pick up. The lady was still ironing the coat when i arrived and told me come back in 30mins. I was not impressed. When i received the coat, it was still wet. Absolutely unprofessional!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK. It is not worth the money. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
