I brought in my c240 I had just purchased second hand for an issue I was told the previous owners mechanic could not detect. Within an afternoon Jason had diagnosed the issue and found a way to repair it that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Further inspection of the vehicle took place and I was presented with a list of recommended repairs. Everything was explained to me perfectly. Great pricing for the work involved. RKS is going to be my new go to for all mercedes needs. I can not recommend them enough. They even gave the car interior a detailed clean! Thank you for the amazing service to the RKS team.

I took my pride and joy which i recently acquired, my A124 (aka w124 cabriolet) to Robert today for a service and check. I meet Robert & James they were both very helpful and professional. I left the car and within two hours James called me after he identified all the issues that require attention he gave me a detailed explanation over the phone and each issue and what's caused it. I confirmed my approval to proceed with the repair work.I went to get my car it was ready again they both spent time talking me with me about the car unlike other service providers I've dealt with in the past. They were very honest, professional and priced okay, a normal service included 1.5 hour of labour plus parts and oil...etc for it definitely cost me 3 times more than what I pay usually to service my Toyota but that's the tax we have to pay for driving a Mercedes. I would definitely recommend R. Keane

Big thanks to Jason. The back seat safety belt of our convertible was jammed. I went to two service places, one said it needed a total belt replacement, and they can’t repair it because it is MercedesBenz. The other one told me, I have to replace the seat belt which will cost a small fortune and 8-12 weeks waiting period because they have to it order from Germany. I found Robert Keane Service purely online, didn’t expect much. Big surprise, Jason fixed it almost immediately. They found there was a kid sticker jamming inside it. His honesty and professionalism really impressed us, plus he is very friendly. Can’t recommend them more!

This is an excellent Mercedes Benz specialist that provides high quality services at very reasonable price. Started using Rob Keane Service for my 2005 Mercedes Benz E-Class repair and maintenance some years ago. Have been planning to sell the car since 7 years ago but keep on deferring because it drives even better than my new 2016 Mercedes GLE. It has done more than 160,000 km and heading towards 170,000 km soon. Good maintenance is indeed worthwhile. So glad that Rob Keane can do that so well.

Jason at RKeane Service replaced the windscreen and serviced my Mercedes CLK for me this week.First class customer service, very professional and knowledgable.I like the way they washed the car for me and presented it clean and tidy after the service was done. He goes that extra mile to ensure the car is in good order. I could swear he cares as much about the Mercedes as I do!I will definitely be back as this kind of service is rare to find these days.

Our 2013 A Class started displaying an error message that had to do with a problem in the transmission. Intermittently it would just driving in limp mode (gears wouldn't go higher than 2nd). Took it to our local Merc dealer in Castle Hill. They were useless. Paid them for a software update and still the problem was not resolved. The final diagnosis was the car required a new or refurbished transmission at a cost of between $15,000-$20,000 and with a potential wait time of 3-6 months. We were devastated, as the car had only done 70,000 kms and had always been serviced at a dealer. Decided to get a second opinion and were lucky to come across RKS. They've gone above and beyond to diagnose the problem correctly. They have even consulted with other transmission specialists. The final verdict is that the car doesn't seem to need that super expensive new transmission. They've done a new software update and the car seems to be driving ok. Picking up the car today so, fingers crossed, this will be the end of that problem. Thank you Jason and RKS, your professionalism and genuine care for your customers' best interests might have just saved us a small fortune!
