Today I went to this store to return a jigsaw that I wasn't satisfied with and I had previously asked if I would get my money back if I didn't like it and an older blonde woman in the returns section didn't wanted to change me... it seems intolerable to me!I have never been in a situation like this in a Bunnings store and their staff have always been excellent. I have spent a lot of money in this store and will continue to do so but I just ask that this does not happen again and that people like this lady are more understanding or not work in this section!

Awesome first time visit to the store. We went to the garden area specifically and got fantastic advice when we were unsure about plant selection. Plant quality was great, everything looked very healthy and our selections are going great. Best of all there was a pot recycle box at the front and we were able to save some money by taking away some pots to reuse them. Easy to navigate parking, plenty of trailer and disabled spaces. Would recommend over Thompsons Rd store due to the parking and plant quality.

Much better option for service, stock and assistance than Clyde North. Must still be hard to get enough good retail staff though, or they only care about saving $. I suspect the latter.

I visited the Dandenong Bunnings store for the Flannel Friday Trade BBQ event, which was advertised to start at 7am. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the behaviour of one of the staff members, Shane.
