Greated with a smile and hello and that was it.Never got asked if i needed any help, it always happens when i go in, they weren't busy so can't use that as an excuseSo after being in there for 1/2 hour i walked out with nothing.Not HappySpent my money at Handcrafters house where i got asked within 2 minutes, very HAPPY

I've been a long time customer of Carols of Midland due to my love of fabrics. But when I joined some classes, I quickly found new friends in the wonderful staff there. Knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful and friendly, nothing is ever too much effort for these ladies. I keep coming back to Carols, not only because they carry everything I need and want but because of the staff there. I would highly recommend Carols of Midland for their fabulous customer service, a huge range of quality products and the excellent classes. You won't need to go anywhere else!

If you appreciate all things colourful oriented to quilt making. Or you need lessons on your much loved Janome sewing machine then these are the team for you. Nothing to much effort to help you in your quest to succeed. Treat yourself, be sure to allow yourselves lots of time as its a place where time seems to stand still. Happy quilting
