Ponderosa Pet Resort
Despite the healthy condition our dog was returned in, he came home less energetic, and wayyyyy skinnier than before. I must say, they did a good job with showering him and teaching him obedience and submission.Our dog’s bark is raspy following his stay at the resort and upon his arrival at our house on the 43 degree Celsius day, he immediately downed the water in the bowl. This questions whether he was sympathised towards regarding the heat.

We left our pet there for a few days and came back to his voice pretty raspy due to a lot of barking which he doesn't normally do day in day out. First time for him so suppose separation anxiety kicked in too. Was told he had a whinge occasionally and was quiet overnight but was pretty tired coming home. Couldn't see where he was kept either as they are put in a room before going in their pen so that was disappointing....

Had our cat stay at Ponderosa and he loved it, great clean spacious boarding area. He was extremely well looked after and loved. Definitely recommend!

Ponderosa Pet Resort
I had to transport my pet to melbourne then from Melbourne to perth and it was all last minute for my partners birthday! Not only were there several changes in the flights but extra days that my pup needed to stay. Fran and her husband were absolutely amazing!! So helpful and nice and sent photos of shelby and picked her up and dropped her off at the airport! I cannot recommend and thank them enough!!

Left our two Jack Russells here over Christmas. Reasonable rates even with a minimum stay. Dogs care back tired and happy. One a bit raspy but she’s prone to barking matches with other dogs...

The kennel is clean, the owner is a nice lady who waited for almost an hour for me as i was unable to find the kennel (GPS fault).My little princess has stayed here a few times. Highly recommend

Ponderosa Pet Resort
Our GSD Max has been going to Ponderosa since he was a young pup. He just loves staying as Ponderosa, so much so that he doesn't even wait to say goodbye when we drop him. He is always well looked after and comes back home really tired so we know he gets lots of play time! We know that he is in great hands and although we miss him, he's having his own holiday while we have ours.Highly recommend this kennel
