Decided to do an occupational first aid course. Well worth the money and effort. They happily RPLd my existing certificate and provided training at the adjusted price. The facility is a little dated but the equipment is modern, what you would use and expect in a first aid situation and the trainers are funny and make all the training relevant. Well worth considering at John's for any training.

Glad I was sponsored to do their Senior First Aid course as there was no way I would fork out close to $200 for this.I would never go back there and do refresher training or any further training despite their big name in the industry... There are just as other competent and well delivered first aid providers getting around at more competitive prices.

Very unprofessional & high lack of duty of care.They left my elderly mother with no Transport home after she booked St. John’s services.They couldn’t manage the task themselves so palmed it off to black & white taxis who have no duty of care for patients nor do they assist ppl that need it.You would think being an ambulance service they wouldn’t neglect patients but not this crowd.Elder abuse & negligence & no duty of care.If anyone of us left a dog by the side of the road with no way home or some water we’d be reported to the rspca but this mob do it to ppl, yours, mine & our loved ones
