Ian's level of friendly conversation and customer service was off the charts. His willingness to suggest simple cost effective methods to resolve a number of issues with our very aged pool fence was a very pleasant and well received surprise. 5⭐️ is not enough to rate the service from Expert Pool Inspections.Ian worked very hard to find a time for an appointment with us that suited both of our busy schedules. He was very professional in his approach but at the same time was courteous & supporting when discussing small things that we needed to adjust to meet compliance. His work was timely & thorough with our compliance certificate being forwarded to us within 24 hours of the final inspection.We would highly recommend Expert Pool Inspections to anyone who needs a pool or spa compliance certificate.

Expert Pool Inspections
Ian inspected my pool fence and highlighted areas needed for compliance. He re- inspected at no extra charge after alterations were made. His communication pre and post inspection was fantastic. He is helpful in offering advice and I have no hesitation recommending or using him again in the future.

Fantastic prompt service.Was able to assist and provide advice before attending for the pool inspection, so we were able to rectify and fix any pool safety issues prior to the inspection. Making things easier, which also meant we didnt need multiple pool inspections.

We found expert pool inspections fabulous to work with. Ian was extremely professional and provided very clear guides of what was required. When it came to the inspection Ian was on time and discreetly went about his work.
