AAA Pet Resort

My dog attends daycare at AAA pet resort twice a week and she loves it. The staff is friendly and I always get feedback how my dog went and what she did throughout the day.

I have a border collie. Mum was a BC, Dad a Kelpie. Well. He came out smelling beautiful having had a bath, and looked perfectly happy after his 5 day break. He was clean and healthy. He'd been sleeping in a great big bed. I will happily bring him back. And next time my two cats as well. I felt he was in good hands, the girls attending obviously love their job and take good care of their charges. My hairy friend is back giving orders again!!!Jenny Smith

Leaving your pet with anyone can be very nerve racking, but for our first experience of doing so AAA Pet Resort were very professional and made it easy to do. They were contactable while we were away and took photo's of our gorgeous girl for us to see, which when we saw her face we were confident she was being cared for in the right hands. They even nicknamed her Roxie Bear, which I loved! We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you AAA pet resort.

I couldn’t recommend AAA Pet Resorts highly enough! I recently boarded my 7 month old miniature dachshund puppy with them for 4 days, and needless to say I was quite nervous and apprehensive for how his first boarding experience would go. I am so glad I chose AAA Pet Resorts to care for my fur baby, the staff were so kind and friendly every step of the way and treated my boy so well. He came home so energised and happy, and they even gave him a bath before I collected him so he came home smelling beautiful and clean! I will be using AAA Pet Resorts for all my future pet boarding and doggy daycare needs!

The most amazing per resort.We never feel nervous or worried when we drop of our little man off for them to take care of him while we are away. The team are incredible and the most caring staff you could ever ask for. Thank you all the team at AAA Pet Resort for your wonderful service.

I visited AAA Pet Resort recently and was really impressed by the facilities and staff.They have different room types and you can even opt have your dog share twin" with a matched dog.The standard rooms are light and airy. They use cooling towers (not fans) which seem to provide "air conditioned" like temperatures.The VIP

So glad we went with AAA for our fur baby, was her first time being in a dog resort, they took such good care of her and we loved the photo updates of her that we received ❤️

Although I am sure AAA Pet Resort looked after my 3 dogs well during their stay, I was put off by the fact that they don't send you a daily text message and picture to let you know how your pets are going.I feel a daily text is a minimum industry standard, and should be included as part of the price of their stay.I booked my pets in at the last minute in a rush to make my flight to a sudden funeral, and it was only as I was dropping them off that I was informed that I wouldn't get a daily update as to how they were doing.If I DID want some photos I had to buy a $25 'album' in which I would receive a handful of photos twice during the course of their 10 day stay. I begrudgingly agreed because some update is better than no update.True to their word, twice during my trip I received 5 hastily snapped photos of my dog's in a play area all taken at the same time.I had paid extra for daily 'nature walks ' for each dog, but I have no way of knowing if they actually went on them.I paid extra for one of my dog's to go to puppy play group each day, and again I have no way of knowing if she went there, or how she fared.It would cost little in way of time and resources for the motel to have their staff snap a photo on walks/ at play group and send a brief text from the work phone to the owners.Daily 'proof of life,' and 'proof of happiness' pics would have gone a long way to soothing and reassuring me while I was in Perth for my mother's funeral.As such, next time I have to go away I will do my damnedest to find somewhere else/someone else who will send a daily update.

We left our beautiful girl there for a few days. She received the best treatment. Lot's of special attention, top quality food and her accommodation was 2nd to none. Thankyou to the kind and attentive staff that made our girls stay so enjoyable.

We have taken Mischy there several times now and we can leave her knowing that she will be looked after by some wonderful staff. Sometimes we wonder if she wants to come home or stay with the girls. She get Zaraffas on the way home so that finishes a great stay for her. We would recommend AAA Pet Resort to anyone and everyone.
