Chris Frost Remedial Massage Therapy Port Fairy

I don’t often write reviews, but Chris is so good. I first went to see Chris because my legs were continually tired and achey from work. I have never been one for exercise and had never really run before, but I soon started running which was never part of my plan. My legs felt so good after Chris’ treatments. I just ran my first marathon and am running another one in two months. Totally unexpected!! Chris is a sportsman and has an excellent knowledge of how the body works and how it can be treated with different techniques. I now continue to see Chris regularly so I can maintain my fitness and health. Chris also gave me training tips.....I really had no idea what I was doing at the start. Also helped me through an injury. Highly recommend.
