Nutrition Warehouse Underwood

Worst place to buy supplements with rude staff looking at the invoices and no customer service. Took a bag of weight gainer to get information but staff too busy and told put it back on the shelf. Never recommend as there are plenty of stores around with knowledge and friendly staff.

The team at Underwood Nutrition are the best.Always helpful. Not pushy. Always pointing in the right direction for my needs.I run a small business doing disability support work and have gone in with people I support. Every time we leave the store they always leave us happy with a smile and more times then not always give the people I support freebies or testers. I cannot recommend Nutrition Warehouse enough! I was out of my local area and decided to stop into Underwood to stock up on some essentials! As soon as we walked through the door, we were instantly greeted by Tyson. I was in need of a new protein flavour and Tyson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Tyson was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushing any particular product or brand onto me. The whole process from the moment we walked into the shop and the moment we walked out was fantastic! This is why I will continue to only buy from you guys! Also, presentation of the store was spot on! Wide range of products!

We were served by Michael and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and honest. We will definitely be repeat customers, worth traveling too.

Drove 45 minutes to get a product only available here, website says they shut at 4pm I arrived at 3:40 and they were shut. What a joke.
