Hi, please ensure that you have the right product before purchasing from SE. I bought a 10L electric water heater online to use internally in a Granny flat, through a plumbing store which was based in Sydney. Rather than the cost of SE sending the heater to Sydney and then from the plumbing store in Sydney back to me in Victoria, I was able to pick the unit up at Port Melb. My plumber at home opened the box and upon inspection, told me the unit would not be suitable for various reasons. I then rung the plumbing store in Sydney, Cass Bros and they were great, no problems, bring it back. So, I packed up the unit and dropped it straight back to the SE warehouse. SE then tried to charge me around $80 for packaging fees which myself and Cass Bros disputed. They did not have to freight it anywhere and the unit was returned in original packaging. After about a week, I eventually got my refund but they still withheld $18.75 for shipping" when there was no shipping involved. I now require an outside water heater but needless to say

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with! We purchased a heat recovery ventilation system for installation in our new home along with an air source heat pump. The staff went out of their way to assist and answer questions and Chris in particular was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the company and products.

I have been using Stiebel hot water units for a long time. The last one worked for nearly 13 years before it was replaced with another Stiebel unit. It is an extremely reliable product.

Terrible, 3 weeks old heat pump, cost a lot, but trusted germany tech? fault already and because the fault occurred on a Friday, they cant fix it till Monday afternoon, as their service agent doesnt work on weekends! Because my heater decided to have a fault on a Friday! Germany engineering? awful servicing!

My heat pump hot water service would not heat water. I reported it to Stiebel Eltron on Monday and Luke arrived on Thursday morning as promised. After about 20 minutes it was repaired. Luke told me that a wire had come loose on a 'sensor'.The service was prompt and there was no cost to me for this call out. Excellent service.

Purchased a WWK302h hot water system 12 months ago. After installation we had issues with it & had to have 2 service call outs, last Saturday we again had no hot water & had to wait till Tuesday for a service technician to resolve the problem, leaking anode. I feel the price paid for the unit is not reflected in its trouble free operation.

Lodged a warranty service call with Stiebel Eltron , our hybrid Heat pump was tripping the circuit breaker and we had no Hot Water. Stiebel Eltron organised Costal Refrigeration from San Remo to service our unit. The service technician arrived around 8:45am 10/01/23 replace the faulty element and anode and the unit was operating perfectly again. Considering this was in the busiest time of the year on Phillip Island we received amazing service. Highly recommend Stiebel Eltron as a unit and a company to deal with.

While trying to lodge an urgent maintenance online, Kimberly is extremely helpful by finding out the model of the hot water unit for me, and without me asking she sent through manual on where to locate the serial number from the unit which is rather difficult to locate! And she informed the service team about incoming request even before I lodge the request! What amazing is the team contacted tenant and got the hot water unit fixed the next day! Extremely efficient service team! Thank you!!!!
