Michael was very responsive despite us contacting him during the busy holiday period - and once he took on our job - Michael started very early in the morning to ensure the work was completed on time but also stayed back to do some additional unexpected/unquoted work (without any additional charges) to ensure the roof/gutter is in top condition when he finished everything. Michael is very professional and his workmanship/experience is impressive but perhaps most importantly - we felt we could trust him and that he cared about ensuring he was doing a comprehensive job that will stand the test of time. Michael is professional and skillful, he cares about details and works hard to make sure the new roof sheets fit properly with the old tiled roof. He loves his work and cares about people. When we had the abnormal heavy rain in the middle of the repair works, Michael came promptly to put extra temporary measures to make sure the house was not flooded. We highly recommend him.

What can I say? Michael has turned our rusty iron roof (that was starting to leak) into a roof of which we can be proud. Michael did a great job for us, on a roof that was steep and technically difficult, and that other companies weren't willing to take on. The quality of his work was excellent and he helped us out by finishing the job to meet a deadline, working over the weekend and fitting it in around bad weather, which we really appreciated.
