Chris, Tan and the team at the Perth Central Priceline are friendly, courteous and helpful. Tan recently helped us out with something we needed on a Sunday and went out of his way to make it happen.It is our go-to pharmacy in the CBD. Thanks team! GnT

Was scoffed at and told ‘good luck’ by the assistant manager when enquiring about a medication I require to treat a chronic illness. I would expect better from someone in this role. Disappointing and would expect better from a Priceline store.

This is my favorite place. I’ve been concerned about my skin till now which is so sensitive and super dry so I discussed many times with staffs when I go there. They are so friendly and professional. Therefore, I changed all my cosmetics from there such as toner, lotion, sunscreen, primer, oil and foundation as well. I’ve been so satisfied so far. I definitely go there again. I hope my skin will be better:)I feel like better than before.Thanks for everything you guysThey definitely are deserved my compliment.

The staff is friendly and professional and always quick to help. The Pharmacy has good selection of products I always enjoy shopping here and is affordable. The shop is clean and tidy, well organized shelves. The shop has good atmosphere and positive vibes also perfect location also close to the train station and bus stations are close by too.

Just visited this place. I went there to return the hair straightener I bought from a different priceline shop. I asked one of the staff there whether I can return this here, the lady straight away said “NO, YOU CAN’T! YOU NEED TO RETURN IT TO THE SAME SHOP WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT”.Then I checked the return policy on priceline website, it said “the customer can return it to any priceline shop as long as you have a receipt”. Then I shower this line to her amd she asked my receipt. I asked her again “Why in the first place you said NO, I can’t return this good here”.Imporve your customer service lady. You definately don’t know how to treat your customer.I’m writing here right away because I’m pretty upset. I went to this store right away after my work and need to deal with this unprofessional attitude.

Mr. Chris denied me Booster dose even though my vaccine is ATAGI recognised. He denied my rights to protect myself and the immediate community.He made racist comments and comes across as extremely intimidating. Everyone in Australia, irrespective of their immigration status are eligible to get vaccine, please avoid this store.They do not observe basic human rights.

I overall had a great experience with other priceline shops but yesterday got a medicine from this shop for my friend who had cold. I went to return it the next day because it was not required. The pharmacist was so rude and said a straight no. It was an unused and unopened over the counter medicine and they said that it’s against their policy. I’m really upset because that medicine was worth 20$ and it just feels that they’ve stolen my 20$ and not returning it. Won’t go to this store ever again. Just giving a heads up, the staff becomes very rude as soon as a their is something to return. Learn a professional attitude. One of the worst pharmacies.

I love shopping here, everyone who works here has such a lovely nature to them, especially the blond lady with curly hair who I think is the manager is super helpful when you don’t know where things are, chemists are also really great as I have had to get scripts here before, they have a great selection of items and brands here and love how central the store is- thank you to all the team who are always so kind and helpful as I’m a regular shopper here :)
