I purchased a Wolf Garten pole saw, one that I had used when I owned a landscape company, they are a great product but this one had an issue. I wrote to Quality Garden Supplies on a Sunday, I was answered the same day and had a replacement by Wednesday. Australia is missing customer service on most fronts, but not here.
