The roll came with mayo, pate, red onion, carrot, cucumber, coriander and shallot. The roast pork and bbq pork are kept in a heated section of the display cabinet, so the meat on my roll was still warm. I must’ve come at the right time as my bread roll was also still warm, presumably coming out of the oven not too long ago. Banh mi was a good size and well packed with ingredients. The roast pork has been seasoned well and there was quite a bit of it in the roll.

I cant believe the lady owner serve bad quality not fresh bahnmi bread. When i complained, she always said its because the weather. I let it go and understand each time its been cloudy or rainy few times when i told her. But when it's good weather and she grab bread from plastic bags or some old stuff and served to me. And when i complained, she said its the weather! Come on. Can't believe you lied to me, i been coming often. How could she dare to serve bad bread, wanna lose customer? Okay then. Very disappointed

This is one of the best little bakeries in the inner west that you will find. I have been calling in there on a frequent basis for two years or more now. Vietnamese family business for well over 10 years, they are always very welcoming, greeting you with a smile and a warm chat if you have the time. They work very long hours and very very hard every single solitary day of every year! They don't even take Xmas off and the fruits of their labour are evident in the delicious food Chin bakes on the premises every morning while you are still tucked up asleep. His cakes are delicious and cheap!! All his prices are cheap. $3 for wonderful coffee. $5 for Vietnamese rolls which are delicious. When you see little queues up the street you know there's something good waiting at the front end. It has a couple of tables outside if you want to stay and smell the wonderful aromas that come out from within and soak up the friendly atmosphere as you eat away to your heart's content without putting a big hole in your pocket. I'm told the pies are good too but I am vegetarian so I can't comment first hand on that. I just think, go there see for yourself and ENJOY. I know you will. And say Hi to Chin, Jenny, Hong and Jessica, they really are delightful.

Was pretty keen to try it because of the reviews. Regrets having it, it’s so pricey but the crispy pork is definitely a day old and was so chewy and not fresh! $8.95 for this, definitely do not recommend at all.

Always friendly, fast and efficient. Their service is exceptional! Such a wonderful thing to wake up, pop down to your local coffee shop and see their lovely faces smiling back at you. They regularly make my morning. Also best chocolate croissants in Sydney!

Bought myself a pork roll and was happy with the food and service. The prices are reasonable and listening to the interactions made to other customers, you can tell they form a good rapport with their locals.

Good selection on slices and sweets, fresh bread and ingredients if purchasing a roll of some sort and nice coffee. This place is clean and the staff members are very polite.

Used to be much better. Possibly a new chef. The meat pies are now awful, with undercooked cheap mince and no flavouring. The pastry on the meat pies and sausage rolls just flakes badly and makes a mess and the sausage" is dry. No good."

A great little bakery. I used to come very early in the morning before my training rides. The staff there were very friendly even at such an early hour. Great chat and banter. The coffee/hot chocolate they serve are reasonable for a bakery.
