I went in with a reference photo and she has completely butchered my hair and undone months of growth. It is uneven on both sides and has shaved a straight fringe into my hairline giving me a bowl cut look. I have had to pay more money to get it fixed else where its really upsetting. Will never be returning.

The booking process is ridiculous. The app is just the wait time. So you cant book an actual time as they say, you just have to wait around when you get there. Be up front in your phone messages as your customers want to plan their time and don't want to wait all day. Went elsewhere.

I’d give half a star if I could. Walked into the shop at 2:40pm at redbank plaza. I just wanted my sons hair trimmed before going back to school, not washed nothing else. She said that she didn’t have enough time when they had no one else in the shop. Very disappointing and won’t return or try here again. Will also tell family and friends

Had my hair cut today.The lady who did my hair was so lovely, had a nice chat while she cut my hair, she put in a lot of effort with the cut.Thank you ☺️

Just needed a few inches cut from the ends of my hair and it was done...... Normally when I go into a hairdresser and ask to get a few inches cut off my hair, the hairdresser is horrified and refuses to do it until I reassure them that it's OK. Definitely will go back
